boxing day sales.
today i had to get up at 4am for a 6am start in the city. as we drove in, i thanked mother nature for the rain and presumed that nobody would turn up. however as we approached the main entrance to david jones, my worst fears were realised. a massive line that stretched around the building with budding bargain hunters at the ready. frustration! work vent!
today i spent about an hour helping a woman in the change rooms pick clothing, and was about to make a $1285 sale but her card was declined! probably embarrassing for her.. but still. i gave her all these tips that were trinny & susannah worthy!
